Tuition Rate

 

All Tuition is managed in FACTS. Every family will create a FACTS account and choose a payment plan. We use FACTS to manage our tuition for every family regardless of a family's payment method. FACTS has its own registration fees for tuition and incidentals.

TUITION ASSISTANCE INFORMATION

We currently offer tuition assistance for students in grades Kindergarten through 8th grade.  FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment conducts the financial need analysis for all tuition assistance for the upcoming 2023-2024 school year.

 

The FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment fee is $30.00 Families applying for private financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by June 14, 2023.

 

Applicants can apply online beginning February 1, 2023, at https://online.factsmgt.com/signin/41FJB. Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

• Copies of your 2022 Federal tax forms including all supporting tax schedules.

• Copies of your 2022 W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.

• Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in PDF format online.  Applications submitted without documentation will not be processed. 

Documentation can also be faxed to 1-866-315-9264 or mailed to the address below. Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed or mailed correspondence.

Notification of Financial Aid 

Once your application is processed, a committee reviews all applications and awards available funds. Families will be notified via email and/or phone when funds have been awarded. If you are awarded a scholarship from Empower Illinois, you will be contacted directly by them by email or phone.

 

We strongly encourage families to apply for these scholarships. We at St. Anastasia want to give our families every opportunity available and will notify families as new scholarships become available or open to new applications. 

 

Please note, all families with students registered at St. Anastasia school must open a FACTS tuition account, even if a family receives a scholarship.  This enables us to manage other fees and incidentals during the school year.  Please be aware that FACTS does charge a registration fee for this account.
