Process

St. Anastasia Catholic School takes pride in our rich diversity and welcomes children for preschool through 8th grade, of all backgrounds and religious traditions.  When you enter St. Anastasia, you become part of the Terrier family.  As a family, we all work together to achieve and continue the excellence of our students at St. Anastasia Catholic School!

Admissions Process

1.  Family Tour and Shadow Day  - We invite you and your children to take a tour of our building and discuss any questions you have about the admissions process, or learn more about the St. Anastasia approach to teaching and learning.  If your child is transferring from another school, please bring the following information:  A shadow day will be scheduled after the tour for your child to shadow a St. Anastasia student.

  • A copy of your child's latest report card

  • Any standardized test score information

  • Any other information regarding your child's education that would be helpful

2.  Completed Application for Admission - Once you are interested in enrolling your child at St. Anastasia, you must complete and submit the Application for Admission form.  If you would also like information on Tuition Assistance, please go to our Tuition Assistance page for new families.  We encourage you to submit your application as soon as possible, even if you are waiting to determine your eligibility for tuition assistance.  This guarantees your child's spot in a class in the event that we have reached the limit of the number of children for that class.

3  Family Interview - After we receive and review your child's application, we will contact you to set up a family interview with our Principal.

4.  Admissions decision is made - Once your application is received by the school, your information will be reviewed and you will receive a notification within 7 - 10 days of your child's acceptance.
